HR BUSINESS PARTNER (HRBP)

Responsible

  • Plan and design organizational structure and manpower in alignment with business goals
  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, HR data management, compensation, and employee development
  • Analyze HR data (headcount, turnover, performance) to generate insights and improve workforce effectiveness
  • Manage the full recruitment process from JD creation, screening, interviewing to offer stage to ensure quality hires
  • Monitor employee performance and provide feedback in collaboration with line managers
  • Design and implement development programs such as training, coaching, and succession planning
  • Partner with business teams to align HR strategies with operational needs and ensure smooth workflow
  • Drive HR systems and processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and consistency across the organization

  • Age 28–40 years old
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in HR, with exposure to multiple functions (recruitment, HR operations, compensation, and development)
  • Strong understanding of organizational design and workforce planning
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR systems and standardized processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence to engage and influence stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data (turnover, salary structure, workforce performance) for decision-making
  • Proficient in HR tools/systems (e.g., HRIS, Google Sheets)
  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage HR teams and advise management professionally
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of working systematically within organizational structures
  • Understanding of organizational culture and ability to align it with company direction
